Prepare Agents of Transformation

Agents of Transformation are a new generation of young leaders from diverse cultural, religious and social backgrounds who will undertake innovative initiatives in their communities and institutions, and conceive of new paradigms for peaceful, just and ecological development.

Purpose

  • To provide intensive personality transformative training to young leaders from diverse national, cultural, religious, economic and social background to prepare them as “Agents of Transformation” who will undertake innovative initiatives in their communities and institutions, and conceive of new paradigms for peaceful, just and ecological development.

Participants

  • Young leaders from diverse national, cultural, religious, economic and social background.
  • 50% female, 50% male. Half will be from disadvantaged backgrounds (so called ‘Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, prioritizing Adivasis or Scheduled Tribes) while the other half will be from other social backgrounds.

Objectives

  • Management Science of Self Management and Team Management.
  • Contemporary Global and Local Problems for humanity.
  • Existing Organizational Structures (International, National and Local) to combat these problems and their relevance.
  • Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
  • Potentials, Challenges and Way Forward of Existing Policy Frameworks (International, National and Local).
  • Existing Ideologies and Philosophy for Governance of Nation States, their limitations, challenges and way forward. i. e. Fascism, Marxism, Capitalism, Communalism, Secularism so on. 
  • Different Political Attitudes in practice; Leftist (Libertarianism, Liberalism, Radicalism, State Socialism, Neo-leftism, Tender Mindedness), Rightist (Authoritarianism, Conservatism, Laissez-Faire, Neo-Right, Tough-Mindedness).
  • Essence of different Religions of the World.
  • Applied Spirituality.
  • Ethical values of living based on the Vedic Concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (One World Family). i. e. Truth, Nonviolence, Sympathy, Compassion, Equality & Equal Dignity.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
  • Capacity building of participant on Leadership Traits.
  • Strategies, Tools & Methodologies of Nonviolent Socio-Economic-Political Transformation of the Society.

Scope of Work

  • To identify and shortlist Resource Person to Conduct the Course (Five Days Residential Training Program).
  • Conduct Consultation Workshops with Shortlisted Resource Persons for Different Courses for finalizing Course Plan.
  • Finalize Terms of Reference (ToR) and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Resource Person to Conduct the Training Program.
  • Action Plan for Module Development on Shared Course Plan.
  • Pilot Testing of the developed Modules.
  • Final drafting of the Module to prepare Agents of Transformation.
  • Finalizing of Approach Paper and Content Management System (CMS) for Website, and other IECs (Information Education Communication Materials).
  • Short listing and assigning technical person for Website Development and Online Campaign.
  • Finalizing of Approach Paper and Content Management System (CMS) for Website, and other IECs (Information Education Communication Materials).
  • Short listing and assigning technical person for Website Development and Online
  • Developing Business Plan (Fund raising to conduct Five Days Residential Training Programs) & Power Point Presentations for Corporate and Other Organizational Correspondence to organize in house course in their organization premises or Agniyog Ashram (School of  Applied Spirituality).
  • Meeting and Visits to Potential Stakeholders and Clients for sharing Key Features of the Courses of School of Applied Spirituality.
  • Initiation of Business Development Campaigns.
  • Organizing Courses at Ashram & Outside Organizations.
  • Business Expansion.

Expected Impact of the activity

  • Resource person to conduct Five days residential training program internationally and nationally would be empanelled with School of Applied Spirituality to Conduct the Course (Five Days Residential Training Program).
  • Final Training Module to impart training to Agents of Transformation is being used.
  • Self Sustainable Five Days Residential Training Programs are being organized at outside organizations or at Agniyog Ashram (School of Applied Spirituality).
  • Agents of Transformation are playing crucial role to shape their community for Sustainable Development and One World Family.
